Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of CreatorFlow, an independently developed desktop application for organizing and publishing social media content.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By using CreatorFlow, you agree to these Terms and to comply with the terms, policies, API rules, and community guidelines of each third-party platform you connect.
2. CreatorFlow functionality
CreatorFlow may provide tools for project organization, social account authorization, media preparation workflows, scheduling, platform-specific publishing options, publication status tracking, and publishing through supported official APIs. Features may change as platform APIs and CreatorFlow evolve.
3. Account authorization
You must authorize supported social accounts through each platform's official OAuth process. You are responsible for maintaining lawful access to the accounts you connect. CreatorFlow does not require your social media password.
4. Your content and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for the content you choose to upload, schedule, or publish. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions for the media, music, text, trademarks, personal information, and other material you publish. You must not use CreatorFlow to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or platform-prohibited content.
5. Third-party platforms
CreatorFlow integrates with third-party services such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. CreatorFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those platforms unless expressly stated otherwise. Third-party platforms may change their APIs, permissions, limits, review requirements, or availability at any time.
6. Publishing availability
CreatorFlow cannot guarantee that a scheduled publication will always be accepted or processed by a third-party platform. Publishing may fail because of account restrictions, expired authorization, platform outages, content format rules, API limits, review status, network availability, or changes made by third-party services.
7. Local desktop operation
The current version of CreatorFlow is designed primarily as a local Windows desktop application. Scheduled tasks require CreatorFlow's local publishing service to be available at the time of execution. If the computer or service is unavailable, CreatorFlow may process missed items after the application becomes available again, subject to the user's settings and platform requirements.
8. Security
CreatorFlow uses official OAuth flows and local secure credential storage for supported integrations. You are responsible for protecting access to your Windows account, computer, connected platform accounts, and CreatorFlow configuration.
9. No resale of platform access
You may not use CreatorFlow to circumvent platform review requirements, rate limits, access controls, or other technical or policy restrictions imposed by a connected platform.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
CreatorFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that every platform feature will remain continuously available or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CreatorFlow's developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or platform-related losses arising from use of CreatorFlow, failed publications, third-party API changes, account restrictions, or content posted by the user.
12. Changes and termination
CreatorFlow features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued as the software develops or as third-party APIs change. Users can stop using CreatorFlow and revoke connected account permissions through the applicable third-party platforms.
13. Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the latest version.
