Projects & accounts
Organize content by project and connect multiple authorized channels or profiles to each project.
CreatorFlow is a Windows desktop application that helps creators manage multiple content projects, connect authorized social accounts, schedule posts, and publish prepared media from one organized interface.

Keep each niche, brand, or content project isolated while managing the accounts and publishing workflow connected to it.
Organize content by project and connect multiple authorized channels or profiles to each project.
Prepare media, captions, titles, hashtags, platform-specific options, and schedule publishing in local time.
Track pending, processing, retry, published, and error states from a unified publication center.
CreatorFlow can respect platform-provided options such as privacy, audience, comments, Duet/Stitch, and other supported settings.
Accounts are authorized through official platform sign-in flows. CreatorFlow does not ask for or store social media passwords.
Projects, scheduling data, and media are managed locally in the current desktop version, with controlled network access only when required for platform APIs.
The user remains in control of account authorization and each publishing action.
CreatorFlow uses official OAuth authorization flows. In the current Windows desktop version, OAuth credential bundles are stored using Windows Credential Manager. Media files remain local by default. When a platform requires remote media retrieval, CreatorFlow may create a short-lived, tokenized URL only for the duration required to complete that publishing operation.
CreatorFlow does not sell user data and does not require users to provide their social media passwords to the application.
